Alinkor is a platform that allows retail merchants to upload product images with embedded links directing to their Amazon or other B2C Platforms product listings or official website product pages. We leverage SEO technology to drive organic traffic to our users' product pages.
User Obligations
1. You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the products and images you upload, and that the links you provide are valid and direct to legitimate product sales pages.
2. You shall not upload any infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise illegal content to the Site.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and functionality of the links you provide.
Alinkor Rights and Responsibilities
1. Alinkor reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
2. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Site, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Alinkor does not take responsibility for the quality, authenticity, or legality of the products listed by users.
Fees and Payment
Currently, the basic service of Alinkor is provided free of charge. We may introduce premium paid services in the future, and will notify users in advance of any changes to the pricing structure.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of Alinkor. Users retain all rights to their own product images and listings.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you shall cease using the Site, and we may remove your product listings from the platform.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
